How it works

Five categories. Five colors. Earned by nomination.

Any ED staff member at Castleview or NNRH can nominate any colleague — nurse, tech, physician, RT, registration. Nominations are reviewed monthly. Recognized staff receive a colored sticker on their badge backer marking the category earned.
